His journey into the trade is rooted in high-level expertise and diverse construction roles. He moved back to Pennsylvania from San Francisco to be closer to his daughter. The Precision Decks team operates with a focused crew and has an assistant, Molli Hufnagel.

To complete 60 to 65 decks in 2024 and add a third crew by 2025, the company is dedicated to scaling quality and expertise to achieve Rob’s long-term goal of establishing a sustainable company that employs friends and family while gaining recognition for its positive contributions.
